山西某铜冶炼渣浮铜药剂制度优化研究

摘  要:山西某铜冶炼渣Cu含量3.71%,硫化铜占总铜的88.32%,金属铜、氧化铜及其他铜分别占总铜的5.71%、3.26%、2.71%,铜矿物主要以细粒级连生体的形式存在。为实现降本增效的目标,进行了浮选药剂优化研究。结果表明,采用优化后的药剂制度,试样在一段磨矿-74μm占65%的情况下1次快速浮选,快速浮选尾矿再磨至-45μm占90%后按2粗2精2扫、精选1尾矿与扫选精矿合并浓缩后返回再磨、精选2尾矿顺序返回闭路流程浮选,最终获得铜品位21.177%、回收率95.03%的铜精矿;药剂制度优化后,节约药剂成本5.8万元/a,减少金属流失增加经济效益217.5万元/a,年新增经济效益223.3万元。The Cu content of a copper smelting slag in Shanxi province is 3.71%.The copper sulfide accounts for 88.32%of the total copper,metal copper,copper oxide and other copper accounts for 5.71%,3.26%and 2.71%of the total copper,respectively.The copper minerals mainly exist in the form of fine grained intergrowth.In order to achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,the optimization of flotation reagent was studied.The results showed that using the optimized reagent system,the sample was subjected to one rapid flotation with a one-stage grinding of-74μm accounting for 65%,the tailings of rapid flotation are then ground to-45μm accounting for 90%and cleaned by two roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging,cleaning 1 tailing and scavenging concentrate were concentrated and returned to regrinding,cleaning 2 tailing returned to closed-circuit flotation in sequence.Finally,copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.177%and recovery rate of 95.03%was obtained.The reagent cost was saved 58000 yuan per year,the metal loss was reduced and the economic benefit was increased by 2.175 million yuan per year,and the annual economic benefit was increased by 2.233 million yuan after the optimization of reagent system.
