某金矿氰化渣中金银的赋存状态研究

摘  要:浙江某含金原生矿石全泥氰化渣Au、Ag含量分别为0.55 g/t、63.1 g/t,具有较高的再回收利用价值。为给后续回收利用工艺研究提供依据,着重进行了金银赋存状态研究。结果表明:①试样和综合硫化物中均未发现金粒;多数黄铁矿以细粒单体的形式产出,其粒度多在10~100μm;偶见黄铜矿、闪锌矿与脉石矿物组成细粒连生体;方铅矿含量极低,主要以细粒单体的形式产出。②重选富集的综合硫化物产率为6.29%,金银含量分别为3.56 g/t和543.12 g/t,表明重选可以达到很好的富集金银的效果。③试样中单体和裸露金含量为0.09 g/t,硫化物载金0.21 g/t,脉石矿物载金量最高,达0.25 g/t,占总金的45.46%;单体和裸露银较少,半数以上的银赋存在硫化物中,其次是赋存在脉石矿物中。④金银只能通过富集其重要载体矿物(综合硫化物)的方法进行回收,而后再进行贵金属的提取。The Au and Ag content in the full-slime cyanide slag of a gold-bearing primary ore in Zhejiang Province is 0.55 g/t and 63.1 g/t,respectively,which has higher recycling value.In order to provide basis for the future recycling process research,the occurrence state of gold and silver were studied emphatically.The results showed that:①There are no gold particles in the sample or the composite sulfide.Most pyrites are produced in fine-grained monomers with a particle size of 10~100μm.In a few cases,chalcopyrite,sphalerite and gangue minerals form fine-grained aggregate.Galena is low in content and is mainly produced as fine-grained monomer.②The comprehensive sulfide yield in gravity separation is 6.29%with the gold and silver contents of 3.56 g/t and 543.12 g/t,respectively,indicating the better enrichment effect of gold and silver with gravity separation.③The monomer and bare gold in the sample is 0.09 g/t,the gold loaded by sulfide is 0.21 g/t,and the gold loaded by gangue minerals is the highest,reaching 0.25 g/t,accounting for 45.46%of the total gold.There are few monomers and bare silver,more than half of the silver occurs in sulfides,followed by silver in gangue minerals.④Gold and silver could only be recovered by enriching its important carrier minerals(integrated sulfides),and then extracting precious metals.
