摘  要:张庄矿各变配电室微机保护系统未进行有效的融合,电网各类状态信息监测力度不足,同时张庄矿人力资源紧张,对安全生产造成较大压力。通过将张庄矿变电站及各10 kV变配电室接入智能变配电系统,建成一个集电力监控、调度为一体的管控平台,实现张庄矿10 kV及以上电压等级变配电室的远程集中监控,达到有效降低作业人员劳动强度、减少高危场所值班人员数量的目的及实现变配电室无人值守。同时实现电力调度自动化,有效实施以客观数据为依据的电力调度体系,减少电力管理的成本,提高电力管理的效率。The microcomputer protection systems of the power transformation and distribution rooms of Zhangzhuang Mine have not been effectively integrated,and the monitoring of various status information of the power grid is insufficient.At the same time,Zhangzhuang Mine's human resources are tight,which has caused great pressure on safe production.By connecting the substation and each 10 kV substation and distribution room of Zhangzhuang Mine to the intelligent substation and distribution system,a platform integrating power monitoring and power dispatching is built to realize the remote centralized monitoring of the substation and distribution room of 10 kV and above voltage level in Zhangzhuang Mine.This achieves the purpose of effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers,reducing the number of duty personnel in high-risk places and realizing unattended substation.At the same time,the automation of power dispatching is realized,and the power dispatching system based on objective data is effectively implemented to reduce the cost of power management and improve the efficiency of power management.
