摘 要:竖井多中段装载系统中,井底粉矿回收系统建成之前需设置上部中段粉矿回收系统。某矿上部中段装载系统需要搭配设置1套粉矿回收平台,平台采用钢梁与钢板加工制作,呈倾斜布置在井筒内。实际应用发现,粉矿回收平台结构安全可靠,粉矿掉落至平台后顺利滑落至粉矿回收中段内,极大地提高了粉矿清理效率。设计成果对同类型工程具有借鉴价值。In the multi-middle section loading system of the shaft,the upper middle section powder ore recovery system needs to be set up before the bottom-hole powder ore recovery system is completed.The upper and middle section loading system of a mine needs to be equipped with a set of fine ore recovery platform.The powder ore recovery platform is made of steel beams and steel plates,and is inclined in the shaft.In practical application,it is found that the structure of the powder ore recovery platform is safe and reliable,and the powder ore falls onto the platform and smoothly slides into the middle section of the powder ore recovery,which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency of the powder ore.The design results have reference value for similar projects.
