摘 要:防止煤矿瓦斯超限是煤矿安全生产工作的重要组成部分。山西省寺河矿二号井为高瓦斯矿井,针对97307、97308工作面沿空留巷段存在瓦斯泄露和瓦斯积聚问题,采用Y型通风方式,并通过采空区漏风防治、钻孔及埋管抽采的方式进行综合治理。结果表明:Y型通风方式使工作面上隅角瓦斯减少0.2%~0.3%,使抽采量提高25%,采空区漏风防治使漏风量从95 m^(3)/min降为55 m^(3)/min,留巷段最高瓦斯浓度从1%降为0.6%。钻孔及埋管综合抽采使最终抽采率高达55%,有效提高了瓦斯抽采量,保证安全生产。Preventing coal mine gas from exceeding the limit is an important part of coal mine safety production.No.2 well of Sihe Mine in Shanxi Province is a high gas mine.In view of the problems of gas leakage and gas accumulation in the gob-side entry retaining section of 97307 and 97308 working faces,Y-type ventilation mode is adopted,and comprehensive treatment is carried out by air leakage prevention in goaf,drilling and buried pipe drainage.The results show that the Y-type ventilation reduces the gas in the upper corner of the working face by 0.2%~0.3%,and increases the extraction rate by 25%.The air leakage prevention in the goaf reduces the air leakage from 95 m^(3)/min to 55 m^(3)/min,and the maximum gas concentration in the retained roadway section decreases from 1%to 0.6%.The comprehensive extraction of borehole and buried pipe makes the final extraction rate as high as 55%,which effectively improves the amount of gas extraction and ensures safe production.
