摘 要:安全隔离层厚度的确定对矿山露天地下协同开采的安全和产能过渡有重要意义。为了确定柿竹园钨多金属矿安全隔离层厚度,首先运用多种隔离层厚度计算理论,计算安全系数在1.2~2.0时的隔离层厚度范围。在此基础上,对不同厚度安全隔离层条件下采场顶板的力学特征进行数值模拟分析。当隔离层厚度小于80 m时,采场顶板监测点处产生的垂直位移和拉应力随隔离层厚度的减小而明显增大;当隔离层厚度大于80 m时,采场顶板垂直位移和拉应力随隔离层厚度不同变化不大。综合数值模拟和理论计算结果,最终推荐安全隔离层厚度为80 m。The determination of the thickness of the safety isolation layer is of great significance to the safety and productivity transition of open-pit and underground collaborative mining in mines.In order to determine the thickness of the safety isolation layer in Shizhuyuan Tungsten Polymetallic Mine,firstly,using various calculation theories of isolation layer thickness,the thickness range of the isolation layer when the safety factor is 1.2~2.0 is calculated.On this basis,numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the mechanical characteristics of the stope roof under the condition of different thickness of safety isolation layer.When the thickness of the isolation layer is less than 80 m,the vertical displacement and tensile stress generated at the monitoring point of the stope roof increase significantly with the decrease of the thickness of the isolation layer.When the thickness of the isolation layer is greater than 80 m,the vertical displacement and tensile stress of the stope roof do not change much with the thickness of the isolation layer.Based on the numerical simulation and theoretical calculation results,the final recommended thickness of the safety isolation layer is 80 m.
