摘 要:随着矿山开采深度的不断增加,矿井高温热害日趋严重,采用矿井通风系统无法从根本上解决热害问题。以某矿山深部掘进巷道工程热环境为研究对象,分析掘进巷道热源、矿井局部制冷降温原理,在此基础上研发出适合井下现场开拓掘进作业的局部制冷降温系统,并在该矿山-1000 m中段采掘工作面开展现场应用。结果表明:作业面的温度快速下降,降至23℃左右后变化不明显,达到国家规定的作业面温度不高于28℃的标准要求,且制冷机组保留了20%~30%的制冷余量。该局部制冷降温系统很好地解决了深部掘进巷道的高温热害问题,具有广泛的推广应用前景。With the continuous increase of mining depth,the high temperature and heat damage of mine is becoming more and more serious.The use of mine ventilation system can not fundamentally solve the problem of heat damage.Taking the thermal environment of deep excavation roadway engineering of a mine as the research object,the heat source of excavation roadway and the principle of local refrigeration and cooling of mine are analyzed.On this basis,a local refrigeration and cooling system suitable for underground field development and excavation operation is developed and applied in the-1000 m middle mining face of the mine.The results show that the temperature of the working face drops rapidly,and the change is not obvious when it drops to about 23℃,which meets the national standard that the temperature of the working face is not higher than 28℃,and the refrigeration unit retains 20%~30%of the refrigeration allowance.The local refrigeration and cooling system solves the problem of high temperature heat damage in deep excavation roadway,and has a wide application prospect.
