现代居住小区的建筑规划设计理念探究

摘　　要：在现代小区规划设计过程中要注重居民的生活环境以及生活质量,要充分考虑人们日益增长的精神需求,注重住宅建筑设计与住宅小区环境的呼应,使建筑更加适应社会的发展方向。在设计过程中要追求人文元素,建筑设计师在设计的时候要以人为本,考虑人们对居住的多种要求,不断提高建筑规划设计的理念和水平,促进我国房地产产业的发展,提高小区整体品质与环境,为居民提供舒适和谐的生活环境,促进和谐社会的发展。In the process of planning and design of modern residential quarters,it is necessary to focus on the living environment and quality of life of residents,fully consider people’s growing spiritual needs,and pay attention to the connection of residential architectural design with the environment of residential quarters,so as to make buildings more adaptable to the development direction of society.Humanistic elements should be pursued in the design process.Architectural designers should be people-oriented when designing,consider people’s various requirements for living,and continuously improve the concept and level of architectural planning and design,promote the development of China’s real estate industry,and improve the overall quality of the community,so as to provide residents with a comfortable and harmonious living environment and promote the development of a harmonious society.
