摘　　要：社会在进步,时代在发展,随着我国人口数量的增多,国土资源在一定程度上受到了一定制约,高层建筑在近年来已经成为建筑行业的主要建筑趋势。而作为高层建筑中的重要升降器材,电梯建造事关重大,不仅事关高层建筑的建筑质量,同时,还关系到整个高层中全体居民的人身安全。因此,为保证高层建筑电梯质量以及后期的正式运行,一定要在电梯承载运行之前做好准备工作,笔者在本文中将主要通过所参与的具体项目实际案例,来针对高层建筑电梯安装工程项目的基本管理分析概述。The society is progressing and the times are developing.With the increase of the population in China,the land resources have been restricted to a certain extent.High-rise buildings have become the main construction trend of the construction industry in recent years.As an important lifting equipment in high-rise buildings,the elevator construction is of great importance,it not only related to the construction quality of high-rise buildings,but also related to the personal safety of all residents in the entire high-rise building.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of elevators in high-rise buildings and the subsequent official operation,it is necessary to make preparations before the elevator runs.In this article,the author will mainly analyze and summarize the basic management of high-rise building elevator installation engineering projects through the actual cases of specific projects involved.
