摘  要:通过物料平衡与热平衡计算,结合现场试验研究,对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司(简称马钢)120 t转炉的操作工艺进行不断地优化与改进,调整了废钢与生铁加入量,稳定了转炉吹炼过程和终点温度,降低渣料消耗,实现转炉终点低成本精准控制。物料平衡计算的结果表明:铁水或生铁的装入量减少1 t时,石灰加入量可以减少30 kg左右,在一定程度上减少了成渣量,降低了终渣全铁的消耗。热平衡计算表明:同样条件下,少加入1 t废钢可以多加入2 t左右生铁。加料优化后,生铁与废钢的比例更为合适,在铁水装入量较少时,加入更多生铁,而当铁水装入量增加时,废钢所占比例有所提高,大部分炉次终点温度控制更为稳定,温度大部分在1625℃以上,满足后续工艺的要求。Based on the calculation of material balance and heat balance combined with field test,the operation process of 120 t converter of Masteel was optimized and improved.By adjusting the amount of scrap and pig iron,stabiling the bof blowing process and terminal temperature,and reducing slag consumption,the precise terminal control of low-cost bof is realized.The result of material balance calculation shows that when the amount of molten iron or pig iron is reduced by 1 t,the amount of lime can be decreased by about 30 kg,which can cut the amount of slag and the consumption of total iron in final slag to a certain extent.Heat balance calculation shows that adding 1 t less scrap steel can increase about 2 t of pig iron under the same condition.After the feeding optimization,the proportion of pig iron and scrap steel is more appropriate.When the amount of hot iron is small,more pig iron is added.The proportion of scrap steel is increased with the growth of hot iron.When the amount of hot iron is small,more pig iron is added.When the amount of hot iron is increased,the proportion of scrap steel is increased.The terminal temperature control of most heats is above 1625℃,which is more stable and meets the requirements of the subsequent process.
