摘 要:实验室在进行高碳钢盘条(82B、70^(#)、65Mn等)拉伸试验过程中,经常出现试样在夹头处断裂的情况,试样断口处具有明显的宏观夹持破坏痕迹,影响抗拉强度和断面收缩率数据的准确性,且断头试样不合格时还需重新取样进行试验,造成检测周期延长,加大了分厂的库存压力。本研究通过对高碳钢盘条拉伸试样断头的原因进行分析,借助比对试验验证,得到了潜在的试验设备、夹片齿痕,试样直线度、试样夹持及试验速度等影响因素,并探究其影响规律,针对性地制定控制措施,有效减少了高碳钢盘条拉伸试样断头现象,确保检测数据的准确性,同时缩短了检测周期。During the tensile test of high carbon steel wire rod(82B,70^(#),65Mn,etc.)in a laboratory,the broken samples are often found in the collet.The fracture of the sample has obvious macroscopic clamping damage traces,which affects the accuracy of tensile strength and reduction of area data.When the collet sample is unqualified,it has to be resampled for test,resulting in the extension of test period,the inventory pressure of the branch plant is increased.Based on the analysis of the causes of high carbon steel wire rod tensile sample collet breaking,with the help of comparative test verification,the potential test equipment,clip tooth mark,sample straightness,sample clamping and test speed and other influencing factors are found out,and their influencing rules are discoverd.Targeted control measures are formulated to effectively reduce the phenomenon of high carbon steel wire rod tensile sample collet breaking to ensure the detection data and detection period.
