摘  要:为提高邯钢3200 m^(3)高炉的喷煤比,将高炉布料溜槽由圆弧形改为方形,增加料面厚度,改善了炉料偏移的现象,使得煤气流分布均匀,有助于提高煤气的利用率。喷煤罐出口安装加速装置和反吹管,解决了不走煤、停煤的问题,保护了金属软连接设备,避免漏煤污染环境。高炉多次调整布料矩阵,以大矿批、低料速和平台+漏斗的布料模式为核心思想,改进效果明显,炉况整体趋于稳定。根据高炉喷煤量的不同逐渐调节喷煤使用压缩空气的流量,可以提高喷煤速率的稳定性。In order to increase the coal injection ratio of Handan Iron and Steel’s 3200 m^(3) blast furnace,the blast furnace distribution chute is changed from arc to square,which increases the thickness of the material surface,improves the phenomenon of charge deviation,makes the gas flow evenly distributed,and helps to improve the gas utilization rate.The outlet of the coal injection tank is equipped with an acceleration device,which solves the phenomenon of no coal removal and coal stop,protects the metal soft connection equipment,and provents coal leakage from environment pollution.The blast furnace has adjusted the distribution matrix many times,taking the distribution mode of large ore batches,low material speed and platform+hopper as the core idea,the effect is obvious,and the overall furnace condition tends to be stable.Gradually adjusting the flow of compressed air used for coal injection according to the amount of coal injection in the blast furnace can improve the stability of the coal injection rate.
