测定土壤中六氯环己烷和双对氯苯基三氯乙烷的方法研究

摘　　要：本文建立了一种快速溶剂萃取-层析柱净化-气相色谱法测定土壤中的六氯环己烷和双对氯苯基三氯乙烷的方法,采用快速溶剂萃取法进行萃取,比较了层析柱净化法与浓硫酸净化法对回收率的影响。研究表明,层析柱净化法的净化效果更好,危害性小,操作简便,其适用于大批量的测定。气相色谱法测定结果表明,六氯环己烷和双对氯苯基三氯乙烷的方法检出限介于0.000 31~0.000 41 μg/g,精密度介于1.28%~3.72%,加标回收率介于77.7%~103.0%,该方法适用于土壤中有机氯农药类的测定。In this paper,a method for the determination of hexachlorocyclohexane and DDT in soil by rapid solvent extraction-chromatography column purification-gas chromatography is established,and rapid solvent extraction is used for extraction,and the effects of chromatography column purification and concentrated sulfuric acid purification on recovery are compared.The study shows that the chromatography column purification has better purification effect,less harm and simple operation,and is suitable for large-scale determination.The results of gas chromatography show that the detection limits of hexachlorocyclohexane and DDT are 0.000 31~0.000 41 μg/g,the precisions are 1.28%~3.72%,and the recovery rates of standard additions are 77.7%~103.0%,this method is suitable for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil.
