摘  要:为研究高盐水和焦化废水用于热闷后其中的有害离子对钢渣粉成分及性能的影响,本文通过实验室模拟热闷过程和水中有害离子浓缩富集的方法,确定高盐水和焦化废水中的氯离子是主要影响因素,并找出试验用含盐废水用于钢渣热闷时的氯离子浓度限值为0.65%,为钢厂高含盐废水回用于钢渣热闷、实现以废治废提供数据支持和解决思路。In order to study the influence of harmful ions on the composition and properties of steel slag powder after high salt water and coking wastewater are used for pyrolytic treatment,by simulating the the pyrolytic treatment process and the concentration and enrichment of harmful ions in water in the laboratory,this paper determines that chloride ions in high salt water and coking wastewater are the main influencing factors,and finds that the chloride ion concentration limit of the experimental salt-containing wastewater used in the steel slag pyrolytic treatment is 0.65%,which provides data support and solutions for the reuse of the high-salt wastewater in the steel plant for the steel slag pyrolytic treatment and the realization of waste treatment with waste.
