摘 要:本研究以哈大齐工业走廊中5个城市的样本数据为基础,构建城市韧性和资源环境承载力的指标体系,运用熵值法和主成分分析法对考察期内城市韧性和资源环境承载力的综合得分进行定量测算,并引入脱钩指数模型对两者的关系进行评估。结果表明,脱钩状态可以较好地反映城市韧性与资源环境承载力的关系;哈大齐工业走廊城市韧性总体上呈持续上升的态势,资源环境承载力呈波动增长的态势;哈大齐工业走廊的城市韧性与资源环境承载力脱钩指数呈现V形波动变化趋势。Based on the sample data of 5 cities in Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Industrial Corridor,an indicator system of urban resilience and resource and environmental carrying capacity is constructed,the entropy method and principal component analysis method are used to quantitatively calculate the comprehensive score of urban resilience and resource and environmental carrying capacity during the investigation period,and the decoupling index model is introduced to evaluate the relationship between them in this study.The results show that the decoupling state can better reflect the relationship between urban resilience and resource and environmental carrying capacity;the overall urban resilience of Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Industrial Corridor shows a continuous upward trend,and the resource and environmental carrying capacity shows a trend of fluctuating growth;the decoupling index of urban resilience and resource and environmental carrying capacity of Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Industrial Corridor shows a V-shaped fluctuation trend.
