替换外包装塑料袋的布袋循环物流模式探究

摘　　要：随着经济的稳步发展和线上购物方式的逐渐丰富,"线上接单、线下配送"的模式越来越受到大众青睐,新冠肺炎疫情的突然暴发刺激了美团买菜、多多买菜、每日优鲜等外送平台的飞速发展,用于商品包装的外包装塑料袋消耗量随之急剧上升,运输过程中外包装塑料袋浪费造成的环境污染愈发严重。2020年4月10日,国家发展和改革委员会发布了"新限塑令"。因此,本研究提出了一种以简单为特点、以菜鸟驿站(现阶段已基本成熟)为依托的绿色物流模式——布袋循环物流模式,拟替换外送服务过程中的外包装塑料袋,期望在未来发展中能够减少塑料污染,助力节能减排,保护环境。With the steady development of the economy and the gradual enrichment of online shopping methods,the model of"online ordering and offline delivery"has become more and more popular among the public,and the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has stimulated the rapid development of delivery platforms such as Meituan Greengrocer,Duoduo Greengrocer and Missfresh,and the consumption of outer packaging plastic bags used for commodity packaging has risen sharply,and the environmental pollution caused by the waste of outer packaging plastic bags during transportation has become more and more serious.On April 10,2020,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the"New Plastic Restriction Order".Therefore,this study proposes a green logistics model characterized by simplicity and based on the Cainiao Station(basically mature at this stage),which is called cloth bag recycling logistics mode,and intends to replace the outer packaging plastic bags in the delivery service process,hoping to reduce plastic pollution,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and protect the environment in the future development.
