摘　　要：除砂工艺是餐厨垃圾处理工艺的重要组成部分,可以保证厌氧发酵效果。本文以某餐厨垃圾无害化处理工程为例,探究餐厨垃圾处理过程的砂粒成因及其对系统运行的影响,综合分析除砂效果的影响因素,并结合本项目的工艺流程,提出多级除砂工艺。The desanding technology is an important part of the kitchen waste treatment process,which can ensure the effect of anaerobic fermentation.This paper takes a kitchen waste innocuous treatment project as an example to explore the causes of sand particles in the process of kitchen waste treatment and its influence on the operation of the system,and comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors of the desanding effect,and proposes a multi-stage desanding process based on the technological process of this project.
