摘　　要：为解决液体推进剂加注容器中出液管的清洗及擦拭难度较大的问题,设计液体推进剂加注容器中出液管的清洁装置。该装置主要包括清洁杆、无纺布、法兰、移动装置、储液器、输送管和回收容器等。清洁杆上设置固定孔与容置槽,绑扎用铁丝对无纺布进行固定后,两端交叉拧紧的接头毛刺部分置于杆体端部的内凹部分,可有效解决现有技术中绑扎铁丝接头毛刺部分位于杆体外周面以外而导致与出液管内焊点等突出物的钩挂问题。对容置槽结构的优化及固定孔的设置可进一步提高清洁效果。该清洁装置可大大减轻操作人员的劳动强度,结构简单,且能够使清洗及擦拭同时进行,提高清洁效率。In order to solve the difficult problem of cleaning and wiping the outlet pipe in the liquid propellant filling container,the cleaning device of the liquid outlet pipe in the liquid propellant filling container was designed.The device mainly includes cleaning rod,non-woven fabric,flange,moving device,liquid reservoir,conveying pipe,recovery container and so on.A fixed hole and a holding groove are arranged on the cleaning rod,and the burr part of the joint which is cross-tightened at both ends after the non-woven fabric is fixed with iron wire is placed in the concave part of the end of the rod body,which can effectively solve the problem that the burr part of the binding wire joint is located outside the outer circumference of the rod,which leads to the hook hanging with the solder joint and other protruding objects in the liquid outlet pipe.The optimization of the structure of the holding slot and the setting of the fixed hole can further improve the cleaning effect.The cleaning device can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator,has a simple structure,and can make cleaning and wiping carried out at the same time,thus improving the cleaning efficiency.
