TFT-LCD行业中封框胶一笔涂布的研究与改善

摘  要:在TFT-LCD制造工艺中,为降低封框胶涂布工艺设备的节拍时间,对封框胶涂布工艺的Pattern进行相关研究。首先,根据封框胶现有工艺设计制定出可以使用一笔涂布的Pattern。然后,对一笔涂布Pattern的框胶交叉点胶宽进行均一性调整与改善。最后,对使用一笔涂布Pattern后的风险点及相应规避方法进行介绍。实验结果表明,不同的封框胶一笔涂布Pattern对封框胶涂布工艺设备的节拍时间的影响也不同,封框胶的涂布Gap对交叉点的胶宽影响最大。封框胶一笔涂布不仅可以降低涂胶工艺的节拍时间,还可以使涂胶始终端的溢胶不良发生率从0.3%降低到0.03%。In order to reduce the beat time of sealing adhesive coating equipment in TFT-LCD manufacturing process,the Pattern of sealing adhesive coating process was studied.First of all,according to the existing process design of sealing frame glue,the Pattern which can be coated with one brush can be worked out;then,the glue width of the cross point of frame glue coated with Pattern is adjusted and improved;and finally,the risk points after using a brushstroke coating Pattern and the corresponding evasion methods are introduced.The experimental results show that different sealing adhesives coated with Pattern have different effects on the beat time of sealing adhesive coating equipment,and the coating Gap of sealing adhesive has the greatest influence on the glue width of the intersection.One-stroke coating of sealing glue can not only reduce the beat time of the glue coating process,but also reduce the incidence of bad glue overflow at the beginning and end of the coating from 0.3%to 0.03%.
