摘 要:目前,国内部分企业由于煤质变化控制不当导致飞灰、炉渣等可燃物含量不断增加,再加上机组使用方式不科学,给锅炉运行埋下一系列的安全隐患,为解决这一问题,现从锅炉的运行调整视角,提出一套切实可行的改造方案。首先,以“某热电厂4#锅炉”为例,针对锅炉飞灰含碳量高的原因,提出相应的改造方案。其次,探讨影响锅炉飞灰含碳量的两大因素。最后,分析改造后的效果。结果表明,文章所提出的改造方案具有非常高的可行性和有效性,不仅降低锅炉飞灰含碳量,还符合国家节能降排发展需求。希望通过这次研究,为相关人员提供有效的借鉴和参考。At present,the improper control of coal quality change in some domestic enterprises has led to the continuous increase of fly ash,slag and other combustible materials,as well as the unscientific operation mode of the unit,which has buried a series of hidden dangers to the operation of the boiler.In order to solve this problem,a feasible transformation scheme is put forward from the perspective of boiler operation adjustment.First of all,taking the4#boiler of a thermal power plant as an example,aiming at the reason of high carbon content in boiler fly ash Secondly,two major factors affecting the carbon content of boiler fly ash are discussed.Finally,the effect of the transformation is analyzed.The results show that the transformation scheme proposed in this paper is very feasible and effective,which not only reduces the carbon content of boiler fly ash,but also meets the needs of national energy saving and emission reduction development,in the hope that this study will provide effective reference for the relevant practitioners.
