摘 要:低空通过被跨带电线路放紧线法是在被跨电力线路停电前,将新建线路的导地线低空通过被跨电力线路完成放紧线施工。然后分别计算出新建线路竣工状态的线长和低空通过被跨电力线紧好线状态时的线长,将两个状态的线长进行比较。再以低空通过被跨电力线紧好线状态时导地线上画好的印记为基点采取割线,从而确定新建线路竣工状态时导地线在直线塔的卡线点和耐张塔端导地线的割线点。待被跨电力线短时间停电后将新建电力线的导地线翻过被跨电力线,进行耐张塔上挂线和直线塔上附件安装。将传统的整个施工过程都要对被跨电力线路进行长时间停电施工,缩减为只对被跨电力线路短时间停电进行翻线挂线。从而减少停电时间和对当地工业生产和居民生活的影响。The low-altitude straddled power line pulling-pushing method is as follows:First,it is required to complete the construction of the new line through the straddled power line at a low altitude before the power outage passes the power line;next,the line length in the completed state of the new line and the line length in the state of being tightened while passing the power line at a low altitude are calculated respectively;then,the line lengths of the two states are compared.Thus,the wire-cutting is taken as the base point based on the mark drawn on the ground wire when it is tightened across the power line at a low altitude,so as to determine the cut-off point of the ground wire at the straight line tower and the cutting point of the ground wire at the end of the tension tower when the new line is completed.After a short power cut across the power line,the ground wire of the newly built power line will be turned over the cross power line,and the wires on the tension tower and the accessories on the straight line tower will be installed.The traditional whole construction process is to carry out a long-term power outage on the cross-power line,which is greatly reduced to only turning over and hanging up the power line for a short-time power outage across the power line.As a result,the blackout time and the impact on local industrial production and residents'lives are greatly reduced.
