摘　　要：随着全球化进程的发展,跨境教育合作成为教育国际化的重要组成部分。改革开放以来,特别是党的十八大提出构建人类命运共同体以来,我国教育对外开放取得了长足的进步。民族高等院校作为跨境教育合作的重要参与者和促进者,依托边疆性、民族性、区域国际性等传统特点,抓住“一带一路”对外开放战略和“双一流”大学建设不断向纵深发展的契机,不断克服对外开放水平不高、开放意识不强、民族高校之间缺乏互动、特色资源利用不够等不利因素,积极转变办学思路、打破封闭状态、对接外部资源、盘活独特优势,在不断提高自身教育国际化水平的同时,充分发挥民族高等院校在跨境教育合作中的特殊价值,积极投身人类命运共同体建设,主动服务国家“一带一路”对外开放战略,力争扎根中国、融通中外,立足时代、面向未来,坚定不移走自己的路,为中国民族高等教育谱写具有时代意义的新篇章。With the development of globalization,cross-border educational cooperation becomes an important part of educational internalization.Since the implementation of the Reform and Open-up Policy in the 1980s,particularly the publicity of constructing the shared future for human beings at the 18th Communist Party of China National Congress,much progress has been made in China’s educational open-up.As important participants and promoters of cross-border educational cooperation,China’s Minzu universities(minorities-oriented universities)enjoy the advantages of border,ethnicity and regional internationalization,make full use of the Belt and Road Initiative and the development of"first-rate universities and first-rate disciplines",and successively overcome the disadvantages of limited open-up,weak sense of international cooperation,insufficient interaction between Minzu universities,and inadequate use of unique resources.They are on the way to improving the education operation approaches,eliminating the so-called self-sufficient situation,enhancing access to beneficial external resources,and invigorating internal resources.It is argued that China’s Minzu universities are playing an increasing role in constructing the shared future for human beings,strengthening Chinese educational interaction with other countries and serving the purpose of sticking to socialism with Chinese characteristics and advancing the Chinese ethnic education cause.
