新发展格局下的内陆开放——以贵州为例

摘　　要：与沿海地区相比,内陆地区在面向国际的开放合作中通常处于不利地位,需要依托周边重要伙伴、以高质量制度型开放促进开放合作。新发展格局以国内大循环为主体,注重国内国际双循环相互促进。以贵州为典型代表的内陆地区在新发展格局下更应坚持国内国际二重开放、以国内区际开放合作为主,在开放合作中促进高质量发展。Compared with coastal areas,inner land is generally located unfavorably in international open-up and cooperation,and thus needs partnerships with surrounding areas facilitating high-quality open-up and cooperation through institutional outreach.The new development network focuses on the big domestic circulation and attaches importance to a combination of domestic and international circulations(i.e.double circulation).This paper makes a case study of Guizhou-a typical inner land province in search of the dual domestic and international open-ups and an emphasis on interregional open-up and cooperation in China’s context under the guide of the new development network.
