摘　　要：通过对5G政企专网用户的不同应用需求进行梳理,分别对PMBR技术、GBR技术、调度优先级差异化技术进行了深入的技术研究与实践,并形成具有针对性的5G政企专网无线差异化保障方案;同时,为同时保证5G政企专网用户和普通用户的网络感知生成5G政企专网用户级风险管控机制。It mainly analyzes the different application demands of users of 5G government enterprise private network,intensively studies and practices the PMBR((Preferred Minimum Bit Rate),GBR(Guaranteed Flow Bit)and differentiation of scheduling priorities respectively. Then a targeted and differentiated support scheme for users of 5G government enterprise private network is formed. At the same time,a user-level risk control mechanism of 5G Government-enterprise private network is generated to ensure the network perception of both users of 5G government enterprise private network and ordinary users.
