孙采邻《竹亭医案》内科病症治疗特色探析

摘　　要：以江南医家孙采邻所著《竹亭医案》中4则内科病症医案为例,进行深入挖掘分析,归纳其内科病症治疗特色。孙氏临证重视脏腑整体辨证,以脏腑五行的相生、相克为依据,追求脏腑间功能协调;侧重调补阴阳之法的运用,使得脏腑间功能趋于平衡;其对特定内科疾患的发生、发展及转归等诸多方面亦具有深刻的理论认识与实践体会。该套医案具有较高的临床价值,通过对其探究挖掘,可为中医内科病症的治疗提供一定的理论参考及新的思路。Taking 4 medical records of internal medicine diseases in Medical Records of Zhuting written by SUN Cailin,a doctor in the regions south of Yangtze river,as examples,this paper makes an in-depth mining analysis and summarizes his therapeutic characteristics of internal medicine diseases.In clinical practice,SUN attaches importance to the overall syndrome differentiation of viscera,pursues the functional coordination between viscera based on the mutual generation and restriction of the five elements of viscera;He lays particular emphasis on application of the method of regulating and invigorating yin and yang,whereby the functions of viscera tend to be balanced;He has profound theoretical understanding and practical experience on the occurrence,development and prognosis of specific internal medicine diseases.This set of medical records has higher clinical value,through its exploration and mining,which can provide some theoretical references and new ideas for the treatment of TCM internal medicine diseases.
