摘　　要：查阅近年来国内外相关文献,从骨水泥渗漏、材料选用不当、注入量不当、分布不均、黏度低,术后25-羟维生素D水平降低及未进行规范抗骨质疏松治疗等7个方面对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折术后邻近椎体骨折相关危险因素进行概述,并提出当前存在的问题及难点,为预防及治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折术后邻近椎体骨折的发生提供参考。By consulting the relevant literature in China and at abroad in recent years,this paper summarizes the relevant risk factors for adjacent vertebral fracture( AVF) after osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures( OVCFs) surgery from 7 aspects,namely bone cement leakage,improper materials selection,unsuitable injection volume,uneven distribution,low viscosity,decrease of 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and lack of conducting standardized anti-osteoporosis treatment after surgery etc.,and puts forward the current existing problems and difficulties,so as to provide references for the prevention and treatment of occurrence of AVF after OVCFs surgery.
