摘 要:探究了不同工艺参数(激光功率、扫描速度、搭接率、熔覆头到基体的距离)相互耦合作用对多道激光熔覆层几何特征(熔覆层平均高度、基体平均熔深、平均稀释率、表面平均高度差)的影响规律,实现了熔覆层形貌的预测。设计全因子实验,基于响应曲面分析方法构建涂层形貌与工艺参数之间的数学模型,并将预测结果与实验数据进行比对。结果表明:扫描速度对熔覆层平均高度的影响最为显著,激光功率对基体平均熔深的影响最为显著,熔覆头到基体的距离对平均稀释率的影响最为显著,扫描速度对表面平均高度差的影响最为显著;熔覆层平均高度、基体平均熔深、平均稀释率、表面平均高度差的平均相对误差分别为10.09%、4.96%、8.83%、8.34%,模型的拟合优度R^((2))_(adjust)分别为0.8971、0.9251、0.9240、0.8545。In this study,the influences of different process parameters,such as the laser power,scanning speed,overlap rate,and distance from the cladding head to the substrate,on the morphological characteristics of the cladding layer,such as the average height of the cladding layer,average substrate melt depth,average dilution rate,and average surface height difference,were explored.Moreover,the prediction of the coating morphology was achieved.An entire factor experiment was designed and the mathematical model between the coating morphology and process parameters was constructed based on the response surface analysis method.The predicted results were compared with the experimental data.Results show that the scanning speed,laser power,distance between the cladding head to the substrate most significantly affect the average height of the cladding layer,average substrate melt depth,and average dilution rate,respectively.Furthermore,the average surface height difference is mostly affected by the scanning speed.The average relative errors of the average height of the cladding layer,average substrate melt depth,average dilution rate,and average surface height difference are 10.09%,4.96%,8.83%,and 8.34%,with the R^((2))_(adjust)(goodness of fit)of 0.8971,0.9251,0.9240,and 0.8545,respectively.
