粤港澳大湾区FDI与区域创新能力的空间特征分析——基于空间相关性和空间异质性的实证研究

摘　　要：基于2001-2018年粤港澳大湾区11个城市的面板数据,构建空间计量模型和非线性门槛回归模型,实证分析粤港澳大湾区各城市FDI与区域创新能力的空间特征。研究结果表明:粤港澳大湾区区域创新能力呈现空间极化特征,主要表现出高高集聚和低低集聚的态势,FDI对区域创新能力产生负向空间溢出效应,呈现出空间竞争特征,然而周边城市FDI能够对本地区的区域创新能力产生正向的空间溢出效应。FDI对区域创新能力的影响分别存在人力资本的双重门槛效应和贸易开放度的单一门槛效应,整体呈现下降趋势,其中,当人力资本水平较低或较高时,FDI对区域创新能力的负向溢出效应均不显著。Based on the panel data of 11 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2001 to 2018,a spatial measurement model and a nonlinear threshold regression model are constructed to empirically analyze the spatial characteristics of FDI and regional innovation capabilities of cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The research results show that the regional innovation capability of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area presents the characteristics of spatial polarization,mainly showing a trend of high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration.FDI has a negative spatial spillover effect on regional innovation capabilities,showing the characteristics of spatial competition.However,FDI in surrounding cities can have a positive spatial spillover effect on the regional innovation capabilities of the region.The impact of FDI on regional innovation capabilities is the dual threshold effect of human capital and the single threshold effect of trade openness,which shows a downward trend as a whole.Among them,when the level of human capital is low or high,FDI has a negative effect on regional innovation capabilities.The spillover effects are not significant.
