摘  要:为进一步提高辽东某铁矿2^(#)厚大矿体的开采效率,对该厚大矿体的无底柱分段崩落法开采工艺进行了优化,将原下盘运输巷道布置改为上、下盘各布置一条运输巷道.将切割巷道沿矿体上盘边界布置改为布置在矿体厚度方向的中央,将天井切割改为无天井切割。与优化前的开采工艺相比,增加了一条上盘运输巷道,使回采进路的长度降低为原来的50%,矿石运输距离降低了35.71%.进路的矿石生产能力由优化前的1066 t/d提高到2843 t/d,进路工作面的通风效果大为改善,矿山生产能力与开采效率显著增加。In order to further improve the mining efficiency of the 2^(# )thick ore body in an iron mine in eastern Liaoning,the mining process of the sublevel caving method without sill pillar used for this thick ore body was optimized.The original layout of the transport roadway in the foot wall was changed to the layout of one transport roadway in the hanging wall and another transport roadway in the foot wall.The layout of the cutting roadway along the hanging wall boundary of the ore body was changed to the layout in the center along the thickness direction of the ore body,and the raise hole cutting was changed to the none raise hole cutting.Compared with the mining process before optimization,an upper transport roadway is added,which reduces the length of the mining approach to 50%of the original length,and reduces the ore transport distance by 35.71%.The ore production capacity of the approach is increased from 1066 t/d before optimization to 2843 t/d.The ventilation effect of the approach working face is greatly improved,and the mine production capacity and mining efficiency are significantly increased.
