摘  要:为深入研究远场条件下金属矿山崩落采矿法放出体形态演化规律,结合放矿试验、理论分析、数值模拟等手段,构建单进路自然崩落放矿模型开展远场崩落矿岩放出体形态研究。基于颗粒离散元软件和颗粒簇块体构建放矿数值模型,并通过室内物理试验与模拟结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:(1)远场条件下崩落法放出体形态并不是严格意义上的椭球体,其放出体逐渐呈中部细长的"铅笔"状,随着放矿的进行,由于放出体高宽比增大,矿岩散体边侧切向力会限制放出体宽度发育,相较于放出体宽度发育,放出体高度发育受影响较小;(2)通过对物理试验及数值模拟所取得的放出体形态发育结果进行拟合对比分析,证明了颗粒簇放矿数值模型在崩落法放矿矿岩流动特性研究中的可靠性,此类模型可用于后续更为复杂的放矿研究中。In order to deeply study the evolution law of the shape of draw-out body of the caving mining method in metal mines under the far-field condition,combined with the drawing tests,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other means,a single route natural caving drawing model was constructed to study the shape of the draw-out body of the far-field caving ore and rock.Based on particle discrete element software and particle cluster block,the numerical model of ore drawing was constructed and compared with the simulation results by laboratory physical test.The conclusions are drawn as follows.(1)Under the far-field condition,the shape of draw-out body is not an ellipsoid in the strict sense,but gradually presents a slender“pencil shape”in the middle.With the progress of ore drawing,due to the increase of the height-width ratio of the draw-out body,the side tangential force of ore rock bulk will limit the development of the width of the ore body.Compared with the development of the width of the draw-out body,the development of the height of the draw-out body is less affected.(2)Through the fitting and comparative analysis of the morphological development results of the draw-out body obtained from the physical test and numerical simulation,it is proved that the numerical model of particle cluster ore drawing is reliable in the study of the flow characteristics of the ore drawing rock in the caving method,and this kind of model can be used in the subsequent more complex drawing research.
