摘 要:通过将筛网分级与水力分级相结合,发明了具有较高分级精度与分级效率的旋流分级柱。通过用旋流分级柱进行颗粒静态分级试验,探究了旋流分级柱分级效率的影响因素及其耦合关系。试验表明,颗粒群在短时间内即可达到分级平衡,分级试验中5 s时间内,颗粒分级已基本完成,此后颗粒分级效率提升幅度很小;给矿浓度与分级效率成反比;叶片转速增大会提高矿物颗粒分级效率;叶片γ方位角增大会降低颗粒分级效率。Combining mesh classification with hydraulic classification»the eddying classification column with high classification accuracy and efficiency was developed.Through the particle static grading of eddying classification column,the influencing factors of classification efficiency of the eddying classification column were explored,as well as their coupling relationships.The test shows that the particle group can reach the classification balance in a short time.In the classification test,the particle classification has been basically completed within 5 seconds.After that,the particle classification efficiency has been improved very little.Besides,ore feed concentration is inversely proportional to classification efficiency,the increase of the blade speed will increase the particle classification efficiency,while the increase of the blade azimuth angle γ will reduce the particle classification efficiency.
