摘 要:三山岛金矿随着开采深度不断增加,深部高温问题已严重影响矿山开采效率与安全。为分析、优化三山岛金矿深部通风降温系统,借助ANSYS、Fluent等数值模拟软件,模拟计算矿井深部整体温度场和流场分布规律;针对-960 m水平设计了多组通风系统改造方案,并进行模拟和分析比较。结果表明:自然通风条件下,掘进工作面温度及风速无法满足生产要求;采用压入式通风效果明显优于抽出式通风,采用压入式通风方式时,将供风温度和风速分别设为21℃和20 m/s,掘进工作面温度可降至23.94℃,风速提高至2.24 m/s,能够满足安全生产要求。研究结果为三山岛金矿深部通风降温参数设置提供了参考。With the continuous increase of mining depth, the deep high temperature problem has seriously affected the mining efficiency and safety of Sanshandao gold mine. In order to analyze and optimize the deep ventilation and cooling system of Sanshandao Gold Mine, the overall temperature field and flow field distribution in the deep of the mine were simulated and calculated with the help of numerical simulation softwares such as ANSYS and Fluent. According to the-960 m mining level, several groups of ventilation system improvement schemes were designed, simulated, analyzed and compared. The results show that the temperature and wind speed of heading face can not meet the production requirements under the condition of natural ventilation. The effect of forced ventilation is better than that of extraction ventilation. When the forced ventilation mode is adopted, and the air supply temperature and wind speed are set at 21℃ and 20 m/s respectively, the temperature at working face can be reduced to 23.94℃ and the wind speed can be increased to 2.24 m/s, which can meet the requirements of safety production. The research results can provide a reference for the setting of deep ventilation and cooling parameters in Sanshandao Gold Mine.
