摘  要:针对现有相似实验台对采空区温度场动态模拟效果不佳的问题,基于相似试验原理,设计并搭建了采空区温度场相似模拟实验台,实验台包括实验箱体动态开采系统、通风控制系统和温度监测系统。依据"O"形圈理论对实验台进行分区,实现了对采空区孔隙率非均质性的模拟;通过填充自行研制的自热材料,使实验台中的采空区可形成明显的可测量的温度场。使用该实验台对山西某矿采空区进行模拟试验,对采空区的升温规律动态试验结果表明,采空区内高温区域靠近回风侧,并且会随着工作面的推进而前移。At present,the dynamic simulation effect of temperature field in the goaf by using similarity test bench is poor.In view of this problem,based on the principle of similar test,a similarity test bench of goaf temperature field was designed and built.The test bench includes dynamic mining system,ventilation control system and temperature monitoring system.According to the O-shaped circle theory,the test bench was divided into zones,so as to realize the simulation of porosity heterogeneity in goaf.By filling the self-developed self-heating material,an obvious and measurable temperature field can be formed in the goaf of the test bench.The test bench was used to simulate the goaf of a mine in Shanxi Province,and the dynamic experimental study was carried out on the temperature rise law of the goaf.The results show that the high temperature area in the goaf is close to the return air side and will move forward with the advance of the working face.
