摘  要:为更详细地掌握钢筋混凝土矩形市政工作井的实际受力状况,评价现行计算方法的准确性,为其预制拼装化提供依据,以实际市政道路电力检修工作井为例,采用ABAQUS软件建立其精细化三维有限元模型;考虑地基土力学参数、土基开挖—混凝土浇筑—回填的施工过程和路面结构及其参数的情况下,分析了工作井在汽车移动荷载、土压力、水压力共同作用下的实际受力状况。仿真分析结果表明:正常服役期间,井体弯矩随覆土厚度的增大而增大,混凝土应力水平基本处于弹性范围;地下水对井体内力有一定影响,设计时应适当考虑;按现行方法设计的工作井承载力富余较多;接缝构造是工作井预制拼装化的关键问题。In order to understand the actual stress of reinforced concrete rectangular municipal working well, evaluate the accuracy of current calculate method, provide a basis for its prefabrication and assembly, taking a local actual electrical working well as an example, a fine 3 D finite element model is built by ABAQUS software. Considering mechanical properties of foundation soil, construction progress of pit excavation-concrete cast-soil backfilling,pavement structures and parameters, the actual stress condition of the working well under driving load, soil pressure and groundwater pressure were analyzed. The analysis results show that during the normal service period, the bending moment of the well increases with increase of the thickness of the covering soil. The stress level is still within the materials’ elastic range;Groundwater should be considered in design because it has an influence on the internalforce of the well. The wells’ bearing capacity is still surplus according to current design method;Seam structure is key problem of prefabricated and assembly working well.
