摘  要:我国目前运用最广泛的雨水调蓄池为PP模块雨水调蓄池,但其对场地有限、雨水收集有效容积较大、有承重要求的工程却不太适用。PP模块调蓄池还具有占地面积大、自身抗浮能力较差、车行道下使用强度相对较低、施工时对土体的扰动大、工后沉降、日后维护清淤也非常困难等缺陷。因此在亚洲基础设施投资银行总部永久办公场所项目室外工程中,将PP模块雨水调蓄池优化为钢筋混凝土管状雨水调蓄池,并在不影响正常营运的情况下进行施工,最终有效解决了上述问题。应用结果表明:使用管状雨水调蓄池,不仅弥补了PP模块调蓄池自身的功能缺陷,还增加了雨水回收利用的功能,缩短了工期、节省了成本。同时,证明了该措施对工期紧、任务重、施工环境复杂的亚投行室外工程来说起到了很好的作用,也为类似工程提供了宝贵的经验,且具有良好的推广价值和发展前景。At present, PP module rainwater storage tank is mostly used in rainwater storage tank in China, but it is inapplicable for limited site, large capacity of rainwater collection and load-bearing engineering. PP module storage pool has shortcoming of covering large area, poor own anti-floating ability, the relatively low intensity use under roadway, large soil disturbance during construction, settlement after construction, difficult to maintain and desilt in future and so on. In the outdoor project of the permanent office building of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB), the PP module rainwater storage tank is optimized into a reinforced concrete tubular rainwater storage tank.It is constructed without impact on normal operation and the above problems are solved effectively. The result show that the application of tubular rainwater storage tank not only makes up the function defect of PP module storage tank,but increases the function of rainwater recycling, shortens construction period and saves cost. As for AIIB’s outdoor project, which has limited project time, high assignment and complex construction environment, it works very well.It provides valuable experience for the similar project construction and has popularization value ang bright development.
