摘　　要：通过研究不同复壮措施对平欧杂种榛细根生理特性的影响,筛选出适合平欧杂种榛更新复壮的方式。以新疆引入的5个平欧杂种榛品种为材料,分别对平茬、回缩处理树组与对照树组的细根生理指标进行测定。结果表明:5个平欧杂种榛品种的平茬、回缩处理树组根系活力、SOD活性、CAT活性、可溶性蛋白明显高于对照树组,且由大到小顺序均为回缩、平茬、对照;通过平茬、回缩处理可以显著提高5个品种的细根POD活性、脯氨酸质量分数;5个品种各处理组MDA质量摩尔浓度明显低于对照树组;处理与品种双因素方差分析结果显示:5个品种平欧杂种榛的细根根系活力、SOD活性、CAT活性、可溶性蛋白、POD活性、脯氨酸质量分数、MDA质量摩尔浓度不同处理之间呈极显著差异,品种之间呈极显著差异,而处理与品种互作除对MDA质量摩尔浓度影响不显著,对其他生理指标影响极显著。运用隶属函数法综合评价,5个平欧杂种榛品种的隶属函数值总体由大到小均呈现为回缩、平茬、对照。The methods suitable for the renewal of Corylus heterophylla Fisch.×C.avellana L.were selected by investigation on the effects of different rejuvenation measures on the rootlet physiological characteristics of C.heterophylla Fisch.×C.avellana L..The rootlet physiological indexes of five varieties of C.heterophylla Fisch.×C.avellana L.introduced from Xinjiang were measured in the groups of stumping,retraction treatment and control trees.The results showed that the root activity,SOD activity,CAT activity and soluble protein in stumping and retraction treatment groups of 5 C.heterophylla Fisch.×C.avellana L.were significantly higher than those in control group,and the descending order of size was:retraction,stumping and control.The POD activity and proline content of rootlets of 5 varieties can be significantly increased by stumping removal and retraction treatment.MDA content in each treatment group of 5 varieties was significantly lower than that in the control tree group.The results of two-way ANOVA showed that the activity of rootlet,SOD,CAT,soluble protein,POD,proline content and MDA content of C.heterophylla Fisch.×C.avellana L.were significantly different among different treatments.There was a significant difference between varieties,but the interaction between treatment and varieties had no significant effect on MDA content,and had a significant effect on other physiological indexes.According to the comprehensive evaluation by the method of subordinate function,the subordinate function values of five varieties of C.heterophylla Fisch.×C.avellana L.were in descending order of retraction,stumping and control group.
