摘  要:为探究米槁种子发育过程的形态和生理变化规律,采用测量观察和生理试验的方法,对米槁种子发育过程中的形态和生理指标进行测定分析。结果表明:米槁种子发育过程中,种子含水量持续下降;可溶性糖、淀粉和脂肪的质量分数在发育初期增长缓慢,在发育期显著上升,种子发育成熟时增加速度减缓,可溶性蛋白质量分数在整个发育期显著增加,到9月份开始减缓;受丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度的影响,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化呈现出先增后减的趋势,过氧化物酶(POD)活性则逐渐升高;油菜素甾醇(BR)和水杨酸(SA)质量分数呈“上升-下降-上升”的趋势,脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA 3)、生长素(IAA)、细胞分裂素(CTK)、茉莉酸(JA)和乙烯(ETH)等6种激素质量分数则整体呈现出显著增加趋势。种子发育与种子质量、贮藏物质质量分数、抗氧化酶活性、内源激素质量分数呈极显著正相关,与含水量、SA质量分数呈极显著负相关。In order to explore the law of morphological and physiological changes during the development of Cinnamomum migao seeds,the morphological and physiological indexes during the development of C.migao seeds were measured and analyzed by the means of measurement,observation and physiological experiments.The seed water content decreased continuously.The contents of soluble sugar,starch and fat increased slowly in the early stage of development,increased significantly in the development period,slowed down during seed development and maturity,and increased significantly in the whole development period,and began to slow down in September.Affected by the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)increased at first and then decreased,while the activity of peroxidase(POD)increased gradually.The content of brassinol(BR)and salicylic acid(SA)showed a“rising-decreasing-rising”trend,while the contents of abscisic acid(ABA),gibberellin(GA3),auxin(IAA),cytokinin(CTK),jasmonic acid(JA)and ethylene(ETH)showed a significant increasing trend as a whole.Seed development was positively correlated with 1000-seed weight,contentof storage matter,activity of antioxidant enzymes and content of endogenous hormones,and negatively correlated with the contents of water and SA.
