摘  要:于2015年6月,在浙江省丽水市分别选取城市森林绿地、城市公园绿地、交通道路绿地、草坪绿地、撂荒地等5种土地利用方式不同的绿地类型,每种类型绿地设置3块样地,每块样地沿对角线用土钻法采集土样18份;测定土壤密度、pH、全氮、有效磷、速效钾等土壤理化性质;采用手检法对大型土壤动物计数、采用干漏斗法对中小型土壤动物分离,测定土壤动物的Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson优势度指数、Pielou均匀度指数、Jaccard群落相似性指数;采用冗余分析法分析土壤理化性质与土壤动物群落密度的相关性。结果表明:①不同类型城市绿地,土壤动物密度存在显著差异(P<0.05),城市森林绿地土壤动物密度最高、草坪绿地土壤动物密度最低,不同绿地间土壤动物的类群数没有显著差异。②土壤动物的丰富度指数,以城市森林绿地最高,而道路绿地的土壤动物优势度指数最高。③土壤理化性质与土壤动物的多样性密切相关,冗余分析显示,土壤密度、全氮、有效磷、速效钾是影响城市绿地土壤动物群落结构的重要环境因子。With five types of green space with different land use patterns,including urban forest green space,urban park green space,traffic road green space,green lawn and abandoned land,in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,in June 2015,3 plots were set for each type of green space,and 18 soil samples were collected using the soil core method along the diagonal line in each plot.The soil physical and chemical properties(soil density,pH,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium)of five green space were determined.Soil macrofauna using field hand picking count,and soil meso and micro-fauna using the dry hopper isolated and examination.The Margalef richness index,Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Simpson dominance index,Pielou evenness index,and Jaccard community similarity index of soil animals were analyzed.The correlation between soil physical and chemical properties and individual density of soil fauna community was investigated using redundancy analysis.The result showed:(1)There was a significant difference(P<0.05)among soil fauna density in the five types of green space and the largest density was found in urban forest green space,the smallest in green lawn,but there was no significant difference in group number of soil fauna among five green space(P>0.05).(2)The Margalef richness index were highest in the urban forest green space,and the dominance index was highest in traffic road green space.(3)Soil physical and chemical properties were closely related with soil faunal diversity.By redundancy analysis,the soil density,total nitrogen,available P and available K were the main environmental factors influencing soil fauna community structure in urban green space.
