摘 要:为了弄清松材线虫侵染寄主后,寄主内生细菌群落结构的变化,以2年生马尾松苗为试验材料,采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术分析受松材线虫侵染后的马尾松茎干内生细菌群落结构组成与多样性的变化情况。松材线虫接种后第18年,马尾松茎干内生细菌群落的丰富度显著升高,多样性升高,但接种前后无显著性差异;门水平,马尾松茎干内生细菌组成种类没有发生变化,但丰度发生变化;属水平,马尾松茎干内生细菌组成种类与丰度都发生了明显改变;OTU水平的PCoA分析表明,受松材线虫侵染后,马尾松茎干内生细菌群落结构发生了显著性变化。松材线虫侵染会对马尾松茎干内生细菌产生显著影响。The experiment was conducted to clarify the changes in the community structure of endophytic bacteria in the host after the pine wood nematode infected the host.The 2-a Pinus massoniana seedlings were used as experimental materials,and Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology was used to analyze the changes in the composition and diversity of endophytic bacterial community in the stems of P.massoniana after being infected by pine wood nematode.On the 18 a after Bursaphelenchus xylophilus inoculation,the richness of the endophytic bacterial community in the stems of P.massoniana increased significantly,diversity increased,but no significant difference before and after artificialinoculation.At thephylum level,the compositionspecies of endophytic bacteria in the stems of P.massoniana did not change,but the abundance changed.At the genus level,the compositionspecies and abundance of endophytic bacteria in the stems of P.massoniana changed significantly.PCoA analysis at OTU level showed that the community structure of endophytic bacteria in the stems of P.massoniana changed significantly after being infected by pine wood nematode.Pine wood nematode infection had a significant impact on endophytic bacteria in the stems of P.massoniana.
