摘  要:为提高制造企业的管理水平,设计了基于遗传算法的制造订单多任务资源配置系统。构建了系统总体架构,在执行层中设计Primavera P6模块,使用多任务资源配置单元为各任务分配所需资源。通过三维CAD与PDM集成框架生成任务图纸。利用遗传算法构建制造订单多任务目标函数并进行求解,得到多任务资源配置优化结果,实现资源配置。实验结果表明:该系统的多任务资源配置可使工作人员的日工作量降低73%左右;各任务的生产成本与合格数量均符合计划要求,且系统负载均衡性良好。In order to improve the management level of manufacturing enterprises,a manufacturing order multi-task resource allocation system based on genetic algorithm is designed.It builds the overall system architecture,designs Primavera P6 module in the execution layer,and uses multi-task resource allocation unit to allocate the required resources for each task,generates task drawings through the integrated framework of 3D CAD and PDM.Multi-task objective function of manufacturing order is constructed by genetic algorithm and solved,and the result of multi-task resource allocation optimization is obtained to realize resource allocation.The experimental results show that the multi-task resource allocation of the system can reduce the daily workload of staff by about 73%.The production cost and qualified quantity of each task meet the plan requirements,and the system load balance is good.
