摘 要:通过浸渍法制备了Ag(x)/ZSM-5催化剂并应用于富氧条件下CH_(4)选择性催化还原NO的研究。结果表明,催化剂上Ag分布状态、表面酸性、表面氧性能等均影响其脱硝活性。通过XRD、XPS、TPD等手段对催化剂进行表征,催化剂上Ag的状态影响表面酸性位的分布,从而影响催化剂对反应气氛的吸附-脱附性能。通过TPSR手段对其竞争吸附-脱附、动态反应过程进行研究,结果表明,催化剂Ag(9)/ZSM-5具有适宜的酸性和酸量,对反应物有较好的吸附-脱附性能,在CH_(4)-SCR反应中表现出较好的催化活性,反应温度为350℃时,NO转化率达到最高为41.86%。Ag(x)/ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by impregnation and used for selective catalytic reduction of NO by CH_(4) in oxygen-rich atmosphere.The results indicated that NO removal activity of the catalyst mainly depends on Ag distribution,surface acidity and property of surface oxygen.The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,XPS and TPD,indicating that state of Ag on the catalyst affected the distribution of surface acidity and hence adsorption and desorption behaviors of the reaction atmosphere.Study on competitive adsorption and desorption and dynamic reaction process by TPSR showed that Ag(9)/ZSM-5 with appropriate acidity and acid amount exhibited superior adsorption and desorption performance and higher activity in SCR of NO by CH_(4).NO conversion of 41.86%was attained at reaction temperature of 350℃.
