摘  要:燃煤烟气大量排放已经成为我国空气污染的主要原因之一。半焦是一种资源丰富、价格低廉的常见碳质材料,但因其与活性炭相比孔隙结构不够发达、机械强度较差等原因,在我国的利用水平较低,大量半焦露天堆积不仅造成资源浪费,还带来严重的环境污染问题。采用硝酸活化结合水蒸气活化技术,丰富半焦孔隙结构,并在半焦表面负载V2O5催化剂后进行高压成型,以提高其机械强度,最终制备得到蜂窝状活性半焦催化剂用于燃煤烟气脱硫脱硝净化过程。实验结果表明,蜂窝状活性半焦催化剂孔隙结构发达、机械强度高,当烟气中初始SO2浓度2500×10^(-6)、初始NO浓度500×10^(-6)时,V_(2)O_(5)负载质量分数为6.0%的蜂窝状活性半焦催化剂脱硫过程穿透时间为220 min,硫容为5.46%,脱硝过程穿透时间为282 min,氮容为1.52%,对燃煤烟气具有良好的脱硫脱硝能力。Flue gas emission from coal combustion had become one of the main causes of air pollution in China.Semicoke is a abundantand low-cost carbonaceous material.However,due to its under developed pore structure and poor mechanical strength compared with activated carbon,its utilization level was limited,with large quantity of semicoke piled up and causing both waste of resources but threat to environment.In this paper,nitric acid activation combined with steam activation technology was used to enrich pore structure of semicoke,meanwhile high pressure forming was used to improve its mechanical strength.Finally,honeycomb activated semicoke catalyst was prepared for coal combustion flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.The experimental results showed that the honeycomb activated semicoke catalyst had well-developed pore structure and high mechanical strength.Under initial SO_(2) concentration of 2500×10^(-6) and NO concentration of 500×10^(-6) in flue gasand over the as-prepared catalyst with V_(2)O_(5)loading of 6.0%,break through time of 220 min and sulfur capacity of 5.46%was attained for desulfurization,and breakthrough time of 282 min and nitrogen capacity of 1.52%attained for denitrification.
