摘 要:研究了SiO_(2)载体负载Cs_(2)CO_(3)催化剂气相催化草酸二甲酯脱羰基合成碳酸二甲酯的反应。采用间歇高压搅拌釜考察了不同工艺条件下催化剂的反应性能,包括反应时间、反应温度、焙烧时间和负载量,并评价了最佳工艺条件下的催化剂寿命。结果表明,在催化剂焙烧温度为500℃、负载量为10%、反应温度220℃和反应时间90 min的条件下,反应转化率和选择性达到最佳分别为73.1%和70.5%,单程收率为51.6%。在循环5次性能评价中,催化剂性能依次下降,为积碳所致,焙烧再生能恢复一定活性。Gas phase decarbonylation reaction of dimethyl oxalate to dimethyl carbonate over SiO_(2)-supported Cs_(2)CO_(3) catalyst was studied.Performance of the solid base catalyst under different process conditions was investigated using a batchwise high-pressure stirred tank,including reaction time,reaction temperature,calcination time and loadings.Service life of the catalyst was evaluated under the optimal process condition.Optimal conversion of 73.1%and selectivity of 70.5%was obtained under condition as follows:catalyst calcination temperature of 500℃,loadings of 10%,reaction temperature of 220℃,and reaction time of 90 min,with single-pass yield of 51.6%.Activity of the catalyst declined successively after 5 run cycles due to carbon deposition,which can be reactivated to a certain extent by calcination regeneration.
