摘  要:针对现有垃圾焚烧烟气中NOx脱除技术工艺复杂、运输困难等问题,设计并试验了一种基于预分区的新型喷雾分散鼓泡塔结构。其结合了普通喷淋塔和喷射鼓泡反应器的优点,其中烟气在喷淋区经历初始NOx脱除,然后在鼓泡区经历进一步脱除。在实验室条件下,通过改变O_(3)与NO物质的量比和液气比,探讨了不同工艺参数对NOx脱除效率的影响。实验结果表明,本研究采用的新型喷雾分散鼓泡塔结构脱除NOx效率长期稳定在80%左右,在同等条件下,该新技术显著提高了NOx的脱除效率。With respect to the problem of complicacy in process and difficulty in transportation with existing incineration flue gas deNOx technology,a new spray dispersion bubbling column structure based on pre-zoning is designed and tested.It integrates the advantages of ordinary spray tower and jet bubbling reactor,in which the flue gas undergoes initial NOx removal in the spray area and further removal in the bubbling area.NOx removal efficiency was investigated by adjusting O_(3)/NO molar ratio and liquid gas ratio in a laboratory.The experimental results show that deNOx efficiency of the new spray dispersing bubble column structure is sustained at 80%in long term.The new technology significantly improves deNOx efficiency.
