摘  要:青海省刚察县吉尔孟乡某牧场发生牦牛犊牛腹泻疫病,为快速诊断发病犊牛腹泻的致病病原,保证及时采取防控治疗措施,特采集牦牛犊牛腹泻粪便样本8份,利用显微镜镜检方法和分子生物学方法进行鉴定分析。结果显示:此牧场中引发犊牛腹泻的病原是隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium),贾第鞭毛虫(Giardia)和牛轮状病毒(Bovine Rotavirus,BRV),测序结果显示样品中鉴定的为相同的病原。结果表明,刚察县吉尔孟乡牧场犊牛的腹泻是由隐孢子虫,贾第鞭毛虫和牛轮状病毒的混合感染造成的,该研究为犊牛腹泻的病原学研究和流行病学调查提供了参考数据,为针对性地对病原性致病因素的对症对因治疗和辅助支持治疗提供了参考。There was an yak diarrhea disease occurring in a pasture in Giermeng Town of Gangcha County of Qinghai Province.For the rapid diagnosis of the cause of yak diarrhea,and timely prevent and treat the diarrhea,eight yak diarrhea samples were collected,the microscopic examination method and PCR molecular method were used for identification and analysis.The results showed that the pathogens causing diarrhea in this pasture were Cryptosporidium,Giardia and Bovine Rotavirus.The results showed that:the yak diarrhea in Gangcha Giermeng Town pasture was caused by a mixed infection of Cryptosporidium,Giardia and Bovine Rotavirus.This study provided reference data for the pathogenic research and epidemiological investigation of yak diarrhea,and also provided reference for symptomatic treatment and auxiliary supportive treatment of pathogens.
