摘　　要：采集了1份天峻县木里镇某牧场因腹泻而死亡的牦犊牛病料组织,经临床症状、细菌的分离培养、实验动物致死试验和分子生物学诊断为致病性大肠杆菌,其耐药性试验,该菌对庆大霉素、诺氟沙星、左氧氟沙星及氧氟沙星4种药物敏感,对于其他药物呈现不同程度的耐药。We collected tissue samples of one yak calf died of diarrhea in a pasture of Muli town,The diagnosis of pathogenic Escherichia coli was confirmed by clinical symptoms,bacterial isolation and culture,experimental animal lethal experiments,and molecular biology.Drug resistance test showed that the bacteria was sensitive to gentamicin,norfloxacin,levofloxacin and ofloxacin,and showed different degrees of drug resistance to other drugs.
