摘 要:杭州地铁机场快线隧道采用盾构法施工,其中最大埋深区间隧顶埋深达到40 m以上,最深位置需穿越上软下硬地层,且需下穿保护区建筑物。因隧道上部圆砾地层和砂层储水丰富且渗透性强,土压盾构掘进随着埋深越来越深,水压也逐渐增大,掘进出现地下水干扰导致螺旋机喷涌,容易超方造成地表建筑物沉降和隧道被淹埋等重大风险。介绍了施工中采用的气压辅助模式掘进及风险防控,克泥效、厚浆运用以及渣土改良、二次注浆、盾尾刷防渗漏保护等技术措施,喷涌基本得到控制。所采用技术保证了建筑物安全,隧道被淹埋风险也得到很好控制。The tunnel of Hangzhou Airport Express line was constructed with shield tunneling method.The maximum buried depth of the tunnel roof was more than 40 meters,and the deepest position had to pass through the upper and lower hard strata and the protected buildings.As the gravel stratum and sand stratum at the upper part of the tunnel were rich in water storage and strong in permeability,the pressure of earth pressure shield tunneling increased gradually with the deeper and deeper burial depth,and the interference of underground water in shield tunneling led to the spouting of the spiral machine,which was easy to overreach and might cause major risks such as the settlement of surface buildings and the inundation of the tunnel.This paper introduced the measures of pressure assisted tunneling mode and its risk prevention,and measures such as mud efficiency,thick slurry application and slag improvement,secondary grouting,shield tail brush anti-leakage protection,etc.Gushing was basically controlled,and the technology adopted ensured the safety of the building,and the risk of the tunnel being buried was well controlled.
