摘 要:针对富水冲积层施工过程中井心冻实掘砌困难及冷量浪费等问题,介绍了红二煤矿副井差异冻结方案和冻结实际效果。考虑布孔方式及导热系数及比热等影响因素,结合实际监测数据,建立模型对红二煤矿差异冻结温度场发展进行模拟,模拟结果可以反映现场实际情况。差异冻结方案可以在满足井帮和冻结壁安全施工的前提下缩短冻结时间,达到冻结与掘砌配合作业,避免了冻土开挖量大、冷量浪费。In view of the difficulties in freezing and excavating the well core and the waste of cooling capacity in the construction of water rich alluvium,the differential freezing scheme of auxiliary shaft in Honger coal mine and the actual effect of freezing were introduced.Considering the influencing factors such as hole arrangement mode,thermal conductivity and specific heat,combined with the actual monitoring data,a model was established to simulate the development of differential freezing temperature field in Honger coal mine.The simulation results can reflect the actual situation on site.The differential freezing scheme can reduce the freezing time on the premise of meeting the safe construction of shaft wall and freezing wall,achieve the coordinated operation of freezing and excavation,and avoid the large amount of frozen soil excavation and waste of cooling capacity.
