摘 要:针对传统巷道矿压监测方法准确率不高、效率低下的不足,提出了一种基于光纤光栅传感器的巷道矿压监测方法。根据现实情况中矿压监测的需求,设计了监测系统模型,采用信号波分-空分混合复用技术来提升传感网络传输效率与抗风险能力,确保系统运行的稳定性,依据工作面覆岩力学参数结合FLAC^(3D)来确定监测关键点,最终完成系统与网络的布置,并对井下矿压进行实时监测。经分析、整理所得监测数据可知,监测数据能够揭示矿压显现规律,系统运行稳定,达到了预期效果,证明了基于光纤光栅传感器巷道矿压监测方法的有效性与可靠性。Aiming at the shortcomings of low accuracy and low efficiency of traditional roadway ground pressure monitoring methods,a roadway ground pressure monitoring method based on fiber bragg grating sensor is proposed.According to the requirements of mine pressure monitoring in the actual situation,the monitoring system model is designed,the signal wavelength division space division hybrid multiplexing technology is adopted to improve the transmission efficiency and anti risk ability of the sensor network,ensure the stability of the system operation,determine the monitoring key points according to the overburden mechanical parameters of the working face and FLAC^(3D) software,and finally complete the layout of the system and network,the underground mine pressure is monitored in real time.After analyzing and sorting out the monitoring data,it can be seen that the monitoring data can reveal the law of ground pressure behavior,the system runs stably,and achieves the expected effect,which proves the effectiveness and reliability of the roadway ground pressure monitoring method based on grating fiber sensor.
