摘  要:为满足急倾斜煤层开采需求,保障急倾斜煤层开采的安全支护,有效改进液压支架设计制作工艺,针对支架适用条件以及不同的煤层倾角(45°、60°、70°),进行数学和力学计算分析,并用ANSYS软件进行仿真分析并验证,对比仿真分析结果与理论计算结果,误差较小,有效可靠;但角度达到60°及以上,结构的应力值快速增大,对支架连接处的强度冲击较大,需要对局部添加支撑以及添加额外的加强筋等方式进一步提高结构刚度,减少结构的应力,使得结构的刚强度性能更高,提高结构稳定性和耐疲劳特性。In order to meet the mining requirements of steeply inclined coal seam,ensure the safety support of steeply inclined coal seam mining,and effectively improve the design and production process of hydraulic support,mathematical and mechanical calculation and analysis are carried out according to the application conditions of support and different coal seam inclination(45°,60°,70°),and simulation analysis and validation are conducted with ANSYS software.By comparing the simulation results with the theoretical calculation results,the error is small,effective and reliable.But angle amounting to more than 60°and structure of the stress value increases rapidly,a larger impact on the strength of the bracket joint,and need for local support and add additional reinforcement methods such as further improve the structure stiffness,reduce the stress of the structure,make the structure of just higher strength,improve the structure stability and resistance to fatigue properties.
